A Northampton-based burger restaurant is offering free chocolate fudge cakes to GCSE students in the county - with the option of 'with or without cream'. Franks Hamburger House, which has restaurants in Northampton, Cogenhoe, Towcester and Wellingborough, is giving away the guilty treat for all of today only.
